Payment is required in full before an order enters production.

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because every product is made specifically for the customer.
