At BACHGEARS, every product is made to order especially for you. Each item is carefully produced before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and typically require 1–3 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery location.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and print partner. Most orders arrive within 2 - 5 business days after production.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories
Please allow an additional 7–12 business days for delivery.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners, items ordered together may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, don't worry—the remaining items are still on their way and will have their own tracking information if shipped separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
