Shipping Destination

At this time, BACHGEARS ships to US and Canada ONLY.

We are working to expand internationally and look forward to serving customers in more countries soon.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

Order Processing: 1–3 business days

Once your order has been carefully produced and quality checked, it will be shipped using our standard shipping service.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, major sales, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Method

We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after your order has shipped. There is free standard shipping on order over $80 for US.

Standard Shipping (Canada)

Estimated delivery: 5–17 business days after your order has shipped.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most customers receive their orders within 3–10 business days within US from the date of purchase (processing time + shipping).

While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times may occasionally be affected by:

  1. Weather conditions
  2. Carrier delays
  3. Peak holiday seasons
  4. Unexpected logistical disruptions

If your package is delayed, we'll do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment is completed. You'll always see the shipping cost before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@bachgears.com.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated for several days or your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@bachgears.com.

We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to help locate your package and determine the best resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@bachgears.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
