Refund policy

At BACHGEARS, every product is made to order with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to delivering products you'll love. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do everything we reasonably can to make it right.

Our Satisfaction Promise

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we review your request, we'll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund if your claim is approved.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To start a claim, please email hello@bachgears.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product and, where applicable, the packaging

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Returns

Because every BACHGEARS product is made specifically for each customer, we generally do not require returned items for approved refunds or replacements.

When appropriate, we may ask you to:

  1. Donate the item to a local charity.
  2. Give it to someone who can use it.
  3. Recycle it responsibly where possible.
  4. Dispose of it appropriately if it is damaged beyond use.

This helps reduce unnecessary shipping, minimizes waste, and supports local communities.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or replacements, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Personalized or custom-designed products.
  2. Clearance or final sale items.
  3. Gift cards, if offered.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may already have begun, and we may no longer be able to cancel or modify your order.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution or payment provider to process the refund.
