At BACHGEARS, every item is made especially for you. Because each order is personalized and created to your specifications, we ask that you carefully review your design before completing your purchase.

Personalization Approval

Before placing your order, you'll have the opportunity to preview and approve your personalized design. Please ensure all names, dates, spelling, colors, and other customization details are correct, as your approved preview will be used for production.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change?

You have sometime from the time your order is placed to request a change or cancellation. After this period, your order may already be in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

To request a change, please contact us at hello@bachgears.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We're confident you'll love your personalized gift.

However, because every product is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer-entered spelling or grammar mistakes
  • Incorrect names, dates, or personalization details provided during ordering
  • Orders approved by the customer before production
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

These items are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is incorrect
  • Does not match the personalization you approved

please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bachgears.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

All personalized and custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
