Will my personalized design look exactly like the preview?

Yes. Your personalized product will be created based on the design you approve before placing your order. Please review all names, dates, and customization details carefully, as your approved preview is what we'll use for production.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! You have sometime after placing your order to request changes or cancel your order, provided production has not started. After this window, your personalized item enters production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Because every product is custom-made just for you, we recommend reviewing your personalization preview carefully before placing your order to ensure all names, dates, spelling, and design details are correct.

Can I return my personalized order?

We're confident you'll love your personalized gift. Every item is made especially for you and customized based on the design you preview and approve before placing your order.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or customer mistakes, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, incorrect personalization details, or any information entered incorrectly during customization.

Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order. Once you approve your design, we'll create your item exactly as you've designed it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the approved preview, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll gladly replace your item or provide an appropriate solution to make things right.
