Every order is made especially for you, which means personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the personalized design you approved, we'll replace it or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Candle Care & Safety

To ensure the best performance and safe enjoyment of your candle, please follow these care guidelines:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) before each burn.
  
• Burn for 2–4 hours at a time to allow an even wax melt and help prevent tunneling.
  
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours in a single session.
  
• Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts.
  
• Keep the wax free of wick trimmings, matches, and other debris.
  
• Never move the candle while the wax is melted or the container is hot.
  
• Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains.
